Traditional moisture analyzers typically use the oven drying method, which takes two to three or even three to four hours to test a single sample. Additionally, it requires weighing with a balance and manual calculation to determine the sample's moisture content (water content). The low efficiency of the oven method cannot meet the demands of high-paced industrial production. The WM-A rapid moisture analyzer is a newly developed high-efficiency moisture determination instrument that uses an efficient drying heater—an advanced ring halogen lamp—to heat the sample quickly and uniformly, continuously drying the moisture in the sample. Throughout the measurement process, the instrument automatically displays real-time results: sample weight, moisture content, solid content, measurement time, heating temperature, etc.
